Front office staff in the hotel are not helpful and not proactive to inform about hotel facilities and then the bathroom doesn't smell good and they don't have bell boy and facilities not complete.

The staff were all helpful and the 3 hour gratis checkout extension before heading to the airport was a lovely gesture at the end of 2.5 months in indonesia. I very much appreciated it and left the building feeling good about the stay there.

There really wasn't anything I disliked. I found it curious that the shower water never drained through the drainhole but nevertheless disappeared. This however, wasn't my problem, but may well have been someone else'S.

Schone kamers, nette badkamer en vriendelijk personeel. Verder ligt het hotel op 10 minuten lopen van het Marlioboro in Yogyakarta.

Muziek op de hal, die goed in de kamer te horen is. Verder zwervers in de omgeving van het hotel rondhangen, na zonsondergang.

- In het centrum van Yogyakarta - schone en nette kamers - goed betaalbaar

- Het personeel spreekt gering Engels en dit leidde een aantal keren tot grote misverstanden. - kon weinig tot niet inloggen op de WIFI, zelfs niet met de codes van het personeel - Ontbijt bestaat uit rijst met koffie of thee - Op de dag van het uitchecken boekte ik nog 6 uren extra bij (direct betaald) gezien mijn vlucht. diezelfde dag werd mij meerdere malen gevraagd om te betalen voor mijn totale verblijf waarop ik elke keer antwoordde: Ik betaal zodra ik daadwerkelijk uitcheck dit is de procedure die tot nu toe elk hotel hanteert en ik dus ook. Het gaf mij een raar gevoel en de vriendelijkheid en behulpzaamheid van het personeel was toen ver te zoeken en ze hadden zelfs mijn sleutel al gedeactiveerd. Toen ik uitcheckte kon er uiteindelijk met moeite een dankjewel van af. Dit vond ik erg jammer aangezien ik in eerste instantie het hotel als erg fijn had ervaren.

Nette kamer, fris en vrolijk ogend uitziend hotel,free wifi in de kamer en in de lobby.

Ontbijt was matig, geen thee of koffie faciliteiten en geen mini bar in de kamer.

Esta al norte de la cuidad y ligeramente alejado de la zona centro. Pero con un taxi por dos euros estas en el centro en menos de 10 min
